Delivery Terms
Delivery across Ukraine:
- Courier delivery to your door within major cities.
- Delivery via transport companies (Nova Poshta, SAT, Delivery, etc.).
Delivery timeframe:
- From 1 to 5 working days, depending on equipment availability and your location.
- Projects involving installation are executed according to an individual schedule.
Delivery cost:
- Free when ordering a generator with installation.
- In other cases, the cost is calculated individually or according to the carrier's rates.
Payment Methods
Cashless payment:
- Payment to the current account based on an invoice.
- All necessary documents (act, invoice, certificates) are provided upon equipment transfer.
Cash payment:
- Available in case of self-pickup or courier delivery.
Installment / credit:
- Installment payment available through PrivatBank, Monobank, or other financial partners.
- We assist in arranging financing with minimal overpayment or at 0%.
Important
- All Generac generators come with an official warranty and technical support.
- Before shipment, equipment undergoes inspection and preparation for installation.
- If necessary, we organize a specialist's visit for a pre-installation inspection.
