Return and Exchange Conditions
Period: Returns or exchanges are possible within 30 days from the date of receipt.
Product Condition: The generator must be new, unused (no fuel or oil added), in its original packaging, with all components and documentation.
Specifics: Generators that have had fuel or oil added cannot be returned due to safety and transportation regulations. In such cases, we will arrange repairs through an authorized service center.(ge.usembassy.gov)
Procedure: Contact us via the website form or by phone, providing your order number. We will provide detailed instructions for the return or exchange process.
Costs: If the return is initiated by you (e.g., the product doesn't suit your needs), you are responsible for delivery costs. In cases of manufacturing defects or errors on our part, we cover all expenses.
