Return and Exchange of Generac Generators
We strive to make your experience with Generac generators as comfortable as possible! If the unit is not suitable for you or has manufacturing defects, we offer simple conditions for return or exchange. Here are the main details:
- Return period: You may return or exchange the generator within 30 days from the date of receipt, provided it has not been used.
- Conditions: The device must be in new condition, without signs of use (no fuel or oil added), in its original packaging, and with all components and documents.
- Generator specifics: Please note that generators into which fuel or oil has already been added are not eligible for return due to safety and transportation requirements. In such cases, we will help organize repairs through an authorized service center.
- Process: Write to us via the form on the website or call us, providing your order number. We will provide instructions for return or exchange.
- Costs: If the return is at your initiative (e.g., “didn’t fit”), delivery is paid by you. In case of a defect or error on our part, we cover all costs.
